“When I came to Sarah, I was suffering from quite debilitating panic attacks which were hindering me in my social and personal life. I had been to 5 other ‘specialists’ and had honestly given up hope of ever being able to reduce them/get rid of them. When I first went to her, I had suffered 3 panic attacks in one week, and was struggling to believe there was light at the end of the tunnel. I last saw her in September 2023, and have not had a panic attack since early July. I genuinely didn’t believe a ‘cure’ was there, but Sarah helped me through, was understanding, listened to me, and helped me more than I ever believed possible.
